Today's View Through My Lens

We decided to go for a ride today, just to get out and wander. We headed over to Cambridge MD and the Blackwater Nature Preserve. Of course Sadie went along for the ride.

One of my hobbies over the last year has been photography, and while I am far from great, I do like a lot of what I have taken. I did develop a serious case of Lens Envy today - there was a group of Japanese tourists at the Nature Preserve who were loaded down with cameras and some of the nicest lens I have seen in a while. Guess I better start a special savings account. :-)

Hope you enjoy seeing what appeared thru my lens today.

  1. Sherri,
I don't think you need to have lens envy. From what I just saw, you are more than talented. I don't think you need special lenses with your eye for the interesting and imaginative. I'll take your style over any fancy lens style any day. Love the lazy pup!

  2. I have to agree with Dawn's comment above! Your style is just perfect--I'm afraid I wouldn't have seen half of what you saw. Love, love, your pics (and the pup too) Thanks for sharing. kerryP

  7. Great photos, I love all of them. I take photos
of all elements to add to pages I scrap. Makes
for interesting pages. You have a great lens if
you can get closeups like the ones you shared.
Big lenses are hard to carry, store and use.
